Please note that all presentations will be in person or by pre-recorded video only. We will not be offering a hybrid conference or online participation.

Your registration is complete only after we have received your full payment.

Please note that oral or poster presentations can only be included in the programme if we have received your full payment by 31 January 2026! If your registration or payment is not complete by 31 January 2026, your paper will be excluded from the scientific programme.

Normal ticket	210 €	open 1 January - 28 February 2026
Student ticket	30 €	open until 28 February 2026	ONLY FOR BA- and MA-students with valid proof of university enrolment. Please provide an official study enrolment certificate (not a copy of your student card).

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation received by 31 December 2025: full refund
Cancellations received after 31 December 2025: no refund
Excursions cancelled after 31 December will not be refunded but can be filled by a replacement.

Posters will be on display in building KR12, room 00.16 (ground floor).

Poster size is A0 or A1. Please make sure your poster is legible from ca. 1 m distance and understandable for a broad audience.

The jury of the LAC2026 Poster Prize consists of Archaeology students at the University of Bamberg. The Poster Prize will be awarded during the LAC Party on Friday, 20 March 2026.
